What is Elbow Pain?
Elbow Pain can present as local pain at the elbow in form of soreness, burning or sharp pain with or without swelling. It can also be caused by problems at the wrist or shoulder.
Some common causes of Elbow Pain
- Muscle or ligament strain due to repetitive arm, hand or wrist movements (eg tennis, golf)
- Discs injuries causing pain down the arm
- Arthritis in the elbow
- Compression (such as leaning on the elbow a lot)

- Joint hypermobility
